At Canz Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive a refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The error was caused by Canz Wear.

  • Your full name.
  • The reason for the return or exchange.
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
